A digital detox and getting outdoors may be just the thing you and your family need! Kids can try kayaking, fishing, building a hut and ropes courses at Kids Adventure Club at YMCA Camp Manyung for only $15 during January (parents are free).
Alternatively for just $10 per child, every month there is a different outdoor activity to try at Nature Club at YMCA Mount Evelyn Recreation Camp for children aged three years and over.
Take the grandparents out
Age should never be a barrier for adventure. This is why there a number of outdoor activities to get grandparents involved in the fun.
YMCA Camp Manyung runs a monthly low-cost Outdoor Adventure Program for all ages, abilities and experience to try archery, rope courses and more, proving to everyone that age really is just a number.
For those interested in bushwalking, you can hit the bush with nordic walking, a low impact and social activity for seniors.
